Refund Policy

practisEN, operated by husain alsulmi, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

All payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Refunds are also processed by Paddle in line with their refund policy.

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase.
2. Open your order and choose the refund option, or contact Paddle support from there.
3. Alternatively, contact husain alsulmi through the in-app support channel and we will help you initiate the refund with Paddle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until it ends.
